We receive applications from professionals around the world. We review each application and reach out to the candidates who seem like a match. We may ask additional questions to understand whether they are the right fit for Reward Holdings.
Once the candidates have successfully completed the application process and have been found to be a match, they will complete one-two rounds of paid testing.This allows us to measure the candidates' understanding of the subject matter and related skills.
The new hires will meet our founders, along with the rest of the team. To set you up for success, we will be training you. You will also learn more about the company values and culture.
